General information > AccommodationThe organizing committee has negotiated preferential rates with hotels in Saint-Denis. We are in the process of negotiation with more hotels, please visit regularly this webpage for additional options for accommodation. You can also contact ib2019-logistics.at.sciencesconf.org for more specific questions. Each participant will take care of the booking and payment of the accommodation by liaising directly with the selected accommodation. On-site accommodation is possible through student housing, that can be open to researchers as well. The campus is located 15 min drive or bus to downtown St-Denis.. On the map below, the indicated car travel times, please add 15 min in the morning and evening due to traffic jams. Buses will be organized from the City Center of St Denis to the conference site (see on map “bus meeting point: Le Barachois”).Depending on the number of booking, buses will be organized from Mercure Créolia and Tulip'Inn Hotels.

Tariff: 37 €/night for a studio, price includes provision of sheets, towels and cleaning of the room after departure. Each room can host one guest and contains a desk, cupboard, single bed, with a small bathroom composed of sink, shower and toilet. The "Cité Internationale" is on the campus of the University, where the conference will be held. 150 rooms have been pre-booked for the conference delegates. Distance from the university: the “Cité Internationale” is on campus Catering: 15 minutes walk from the fast food restaurants open at night, restaurants within 10 minutes’ drive Downtown St Denis, 20 min drive from the University. In the city center you will find restaurants, fast food, bars, etc.
