 * Prices on this line concern people accompanying their companion / spouse who is a regular / student participant to the conference.

Regular / student participations include:

  • Access to all plenary talks
  • Access to all parallel sessions

  • Coffee breaks, lunches, welcoming drinks and snacks
  • Bus transport to Hotel
  • A concert of local music
  • One-day mid conference field trip in La Réunion.

Companion / spouse participation includes:

  • A cocktail Friday July 12, 7-9 pm
  • A concert of local music, Friday July 12, 9-10 pm
  • One-day mid conference field trip in La Réunion

 Option non included in the conference fee : the conference diner will cost 40 € per person. 

Guidelines for registering and paying your participation

General guidelines

Please note that it is mandatory for anyone wishing to attend the conference to follow the following procedure to be registered as a participant to the conference (and thus be listed in the list of participants, mailing list, gain access to the session rooms, etc).

  • All regular / student participants need to create an account on the managing platform to be able to register. This account is also used for authors who wish to submit an abstract for the conference.
  • The Register page offers two options depending on whether or not you already have an account on the plateform:Registered participants can access payment instructions from within their personal space when they log in to the platform.
    • If you already have an account, you can access the registration form when you're logged in.
    • Otherwise, you will be asked to create an account on the plateform in the registration form.
  • Please indicate if you wish to attend the conference social diner, as well as special diet requirements. The registration form also allows to register one accompanying person, and whether he / she will attend the conference diner. Please also indicate any particular requirements regarding your participation to the conference in the dedicated box.

Please contact the conference organizers in case you have questions or difficulties regarding your registration. Note that all presenters of talks, including symposium talks, or posters need to register to appear in the conference program. 


Several payment options are available once your registration is validated (online payment, bank transfer, payment by purchase order). Please log in and visit the "Register" page in your personal space. Note that you can modify the data attached to your registration on the "Register" page.

 A confirmation of payment will be  sent by e-mail once payment is validated. Attestations of payments can be requested if needed shortly. They will be produced and sent to conference attendees.

In case a proforma is needed for purchase order, please indicate the amount (registration only, or registration + conference diner) and request it at

In case an invoice is needed in a different name / address, please provide the name, address and VAT number of the institution and any other relevant information in the Addressing Invoicing box on the "Payment" page.

Important notice: Please opt for payment before arrival. Payment upon arrival will be exceptionnal cases and implies late registration fees. Please contact us if you encounter difficulties with payment.


Reimbursement of registration fees as well as the social diner expanse will be possible for requests done until July 7th 2019. To validate this request, please send us for the request of reimbursement an official letter signed, mentionning the amount paid and way of payment, the reasons for cancellation (medical, else). Please add a copy of bank details (IBAN or RIB in France) for the reimbursement.

If the payment was done by purchase order by an Institute/University, the reimbursement will be done to the Institute/University, on the same specificities (letter from the institute) and IBAN.
